Extended 3 Years Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of United-Doggos.

The Extended Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from United-Doggos (the "Physical Goods"). 

What does this extended warranty cover?

The Extended Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, United-Doggos will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Extended Warranty is transferable.

What will we do to correct problems?

United-Doggos will repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from United-Doggos is 3 Years from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 3 Years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this extended warranty not cover?

This Extended Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Theft or loss of the Physical Goods United-Doggos will pay for shipping charges.

United-Doggos shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to us.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by United-Doggos.

Our shipping time takes 7-15 days worldwide. (If you're currently in a country with COVID-19 issues, it might take a bit longer depending on the situation)

Returns
Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Different types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with clear signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or opened vinyl record
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing due to reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit card or original payment method will be applied automatically within a set number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale of items (if applicable)
Only regular price items can be refunded, but unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. A gift voucher will be sent to you as soon as the returned item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the delivery person delivered the order himself later, we will send a refund to the gift delivery person and he or she will be notified of your return.

Shipping
You must contact us to return your product

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you're shipping an item over $ 75, consider using a trackable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
